What to expect on the day
A two-person crew arrives in the agreed window and confirms the price against what they see. Single items usually take 15 to 30 minutes; a full home's worth of furniture takes longer. We protect doorways and floors, carry each piece out the right way, and load it up. Working appliances and usable furniture are routed to donation and recycling wherever possible rather than straight to the landfill.

- Yes. Refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioners contain refrigerant that must be recovered and handled properly before recycling. We take them and follow the correct disposal path, accounted for in your quote.
- Do you donate furniture that’s still good?
- Whenever we can. Usable furniture and working appliances are routed to local charities rather than the landfill, and for estate or larger jobs you can get an itemized donation receipt.
- Can you come same day?
- Often, yes. Single items and small loads frequently fit a same-day or next-day slot. Send a photo and we’ll tell you the soonest window.
- Will you scratch my floors or walls?
- Our crews are careful with doorways, corners, and floors, and they’re insured. We move heavy pieces the right way so your home comes through the removal unmarked.
