What to include for the most accurate price

The quality of your quote depends almost entirely on what we can see, so a couple of extra minutes with your phone camera pays off. Walk through the whole space slowly and capture every room, then the parts people forget: closets, cabinets, the garage, attic access, the shed, the side yard, and anywhere else things accumulate. If it is an estate or a full house, open the doors so we can see how full each room really is. As you go, talk out loud about what stays and what goes — a running narration tells us more than a dozen still photos ever could. If it is easier to shoot one continuous video than many photos, do that; either works.

Why we quote from photos instead of visiting

A lot of companies insist on an in-home "estimate," which is really a sales visit designed to get someone in front of you. We think that wastes your time and invites exactly the kind of on-the-spot pressure we refuse to use. Photos and video give us everything we need to price the job accurately, and they let us turn a written quote around fast — usually the same business day. It also means you can request a quote at 11pm after the kids are asleep, or from two states away while settling a parent's estate, without scheduling anything.

What happens after you submit

Your request comes straight to us, not a call center. We review what you sent, and if anything is unclear we will text you a quick question rather than guess. Then you get one fixed written price for the whole job. If you approve it, we find a time that works — frequently within a few days, and same-day or next-day is often possible for smaller jobs. On the day, the crew clears the space, sets aside documents and valuables for estate work, and leaves it broom-clean. There is never a charge for a quote and never any obligation to book.
