Our site is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data (such as IP address and request information) to deliver and secure the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and does not use cookies or fingerprinting.

How we use it

• To prepare and send you a quote;
• To schedule and perform the work you request;
• To contact you about your job or your inquiry;
• To keep records required for our business, such as donation receipts.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us operate — for example, our email provider (Resend) to deliver your request to us, and a dispatched crew assigned to your job. These providers may only use the information to perform their service for us.

How long we keep it

We keep quote and job records for as long as needed to run our business and meet legal and tax obligations, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
