We dispatch cleanout and hauling jobs across the Valley to vetted, insured crews. If you run a reliable operation and answer your phone, we can keep your truck busy — without tying you down.
How dispatch works
We generate the leads, quote the jobs, and handle the customer. You get a text with the job details, the address, and the agreed price. Accept the ones that fit your schedule and skip the ones that don't — there's no penalty for passing.
The split
Plainly: you keep 70% of the job price on standard dispatched work; we keep 30% for the lead, the quote, the customer handling, and collections. The number is on the job ticket before you accept, so there's never a mystery about what you'll be paid.
Payment timing
We pay out weekly on completed, signed-off jobs — direct deposit, no waiting 30 days for the customer to pay. You do the work, you get paid that week.
What's required
- A COI naming Valley Cleanout Co. LLC as additional insured
- A signed one-page subcontractor agreement
- A phone that gets answered during business hours
- A truck or trailer and a crew that shows up on time
No exclusivity
Run your own jobs, work with whoever you want. We're not asking you to sign your business over — just to show up on the jobs you accept and do them right.
